★ ★ ★ ★ ★ دقيت على الرقم الثابت حقهم كلمني موظف مصري أسأله عن الدوام يقولي نقفل الساعه ٢ م قلت مكتوب وحده قال انا موجود لين الساعه ٢ قلت انا جاي من ابحر الشماليه عشان أأكد عليه المهم وصلت الساعه وحده وربع والباب مقفل وادق على الرقم محد يرد ليه التلاعب ذا مو حرام عليه يكذب عليا ويضربني مشوار على الفاضي وهذا كله يحسب على سمعت الشركه وطريقة تعاملها مع العملاء ما اقول غير حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وكيل koolen والمقر عبارة عن مكتب داخل مركز الاقصى للأعمال طريق الأمير متعب (شارع الأربعين) الطابق الرابع شقة ٤١٢ استلام وتسليم الصيانة من الساعة 9:00 صباحا الى 1:00 مساءا من السبت الى الخميس.
تم تسليم المنتج المتعطل واستلامه بعد الإصلاح في اقل من ١٠ أيام وتم ذلك بكل سلاسة بدون أي مشاكل أو تعنت من الشركة.
واقترح اتخاذ مقر آخر مجهز بما يناسب تنفيذ اعمال الصيانة للمنتجات في مدة زمنية اقل.
