★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this Petromin like any other visit and asked for Coolant system service. The moment I made my request Isravel asked me to get this service done elsewhere, I asked them to proceed as I have got this service from petromin before in order to verify my statement they took me to their office to check my history if or not I have actually got it , when they saw it was mentioned in the record they still didn't want to offer me my request ,rather they misguided me saying...your car will face other issues. It was pathetic that they didn't trust my statement and made a history check and still proceeded not to offer my request. Whether or not I used this service before they are bound to fulfill customer requests because we pay for all the services!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Petromin workers at this station have told me lies about transmission oil and compelled me to refill it with their deceit. I had changed the transmission oil at AC Delco on King Fahad Road when my odometer was at 61,000 KM, the next refill should have been at 91,000 Km, they told me the oil is not good. Also, the prices are higher despite discount offered. AC Delco did it at 174 SR, whilst Petromin charged me SR 349 for the same. Please avoid going to Petromin and use AC Delco stations or go directly to the car agencies.
