★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In general good place, many visitors so be prepared to wait. What I couldn't understand WHY they are taking extra fee if you asking only for a vaccine. Many places in the country ONLY ask for the vaccine price, and the front desk didn't tell me there is going to be an extra fee (143 SR) for checkup before the vaccine. To be fair there is a note at front desk for thr check up fee, but it should apply ONLY for emergency cases as they do globally. Good doctor but the place is extremely pricey, never ever again. For any one need to give your pet a vaccine, check the price in other places if you would.

Extremely rude employees and poor services => they nail-clip my dog’s nails and didn’t use filing …. When I sent my dog back they said they don’t know how to do it!! Yet charged me full and overpriced fee

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best place for pets and mainly for birds. The shop is clean and well maintained. The staff are also polite. The price is reasonable depending on the quality. They have good quality of fishes also. They provide good guidance. I suggest pet lovers to pay a visit here mainly who are interested in birds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best vetenary clinics I've visisted after trying many other ones that were very commercial, however Pets Oasis has a proper setup with x-ray rooms, surgery rooms and multiple vets, I specifically recommend Dr. Moamen who knows how to deal with different animals and passionate about his work, always answers my questions and concerns. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Both my cats have been brought to Pets Oasis for checkup + surgery and I have always received great support from the Team. Dr Mohamed is a very friendly Vet + knowledgeable and his care and gentle handling of the cats are evident during my visits + he uses their names ? Shukran!
