Although I came by at 9am, they told me they can’t do any pet services for my cat since it’s too early, but I’ve seen your posts and saw that you guys do open from 9am, yet I’ve been told that I couldn’t when I came by your shop. I wasted my time sitting around waiting for days till I was free to take my pet for grooming. And I’ve been trying to call you guys for days but nobody answered my calls
