★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للأسف من أول زيارة لي ثالث أيام العيد، جيت بعد الظهر المحل حار جداً والمكيفات مو شغالة والقطط المسكينة محترة ومحبوسة في أقفاص جداً جدًا صغيرة تحت مسمى فندقة، صناديق الرمل حقتها تفتقد للرمل ومتسخة وماتغيرت والأكل الجاف قديم. المحل يبدو جديد ويبغون يجتهدون ولكن الأساس في الصيانة والاستمرار في تقديم خدمة عالية مو في محل جديد ومع الوقت يهترأ. وأيضاً بغض النظر عن حداثة المحل المهم هي الخدمة المقدمة للحيوانات.
العامل المتواجد لا يبدو عليه أي خبرة في التعامل معها وعذره بأن المكيفات طافية أن أحدها خربان والثاني طافي لأنه راح بيته!
أتمنى صاحبة المحل تنظر للوضع لأني بأمر قريب وإذا لم يتحسن بأشتكي للبلدية ووزارة البيئة.
Unfortunately, since my first visit on the third day of Eid, the shop was very hot in the afternoon, the air-conditioning was not working, and the poor cats were heated and locked in very, very small cages under the name of a hotel. The shop looks new and they want to work hard, but the basis is maintenance and continuing to provide high service, not in a new shop and with time it wears out. Also, regardless of the newness of the shop, the important thing is the service provided to the animals.
The worker present does not seem to have any experience in dealing with it, and his excuse is that the air conditioners are floating, that one of them is ruined and the other is floating because he went home!
I hope the owner of the shop will look into the situation because I am in a hurry, and if it does not improve, I will complain to the municipality and the Ministry of Environment.
