Very bad customer service ,careless workers and unprofessional “doctor”. Most of there pets are unhealthy and sick. From my personal experience, I bought a dog a week ago, two days after I had him he started feeling abnormal, I took him to cute cat where I bought him and they unprofessionally treated him where he died after 4 days of his sickness. I don’t recommend buying any pets from this place.

very bad service. they’re clearly working without any licenses and i doubt the “doctor” has any certificates whatsoever. if you have an ounce of care for your pet, do NOT bring them here. dogs are kept in very tight spaces compared to their sizes and the place is very filthy. most of their animals suffer from viruses such as parvo. this place needs to be shut down immediately

Small store but I love when they make it easy to play with the pets. The puppies and kittens were available to play with. Lovely!

They sold us a kitten last week and the kitten had a virus, the vet vaccinated the cat despite it being below the weight requirements and now the cat is in a critical condition!!!!!!!

My baby is dead! bought a Maltese puppy a week ago from tahliya branch. We instantly fell in love with it. He was just two months old and the employee gave us cat food by claiming that it’s better for the puppy’s digestive system. Since it was our first experience and he was working in this shop for long, we took his advice. The second day, the dog started diarrhea and vomiting. Googled about his case and turned out that the Maltese are fussy eaters & should be only fed puppy food. I took him to the shop and raised my concern. The employee gave him an antibiotic shot without further test & took him to their veterinarian and never updated us regardless of my continuous calls and messages. My husband started visiting our puppy every day in Malaz shop whereas he found out that the same employee in tahliya was transferred to malaz. Yogi was neglected in his cage & in such a bad hygiene shape. He was getting worse day by day and passed away yesterday night after our last visit and nobody informed us!!!!! We had to find out by visiting the store today. We were all devastated. How could a company be so unprofessional? How could they leave an ignorant employer work there!!! Why weren’t we updated??? Why nobody informed us he passed away just 30 min after our last visit!!! Why being so unprofessional!!!! We are heart broken ?. My husband spoke to the owner who promised him to offer another pet. We disapproved and he offered to refund but his promises went in vain. Finally, after further investigations, we discovered that our puppy had parvo virus and nobody informed us about this matter. The incubation period for the Parvo virus is 4 to 7 days & lives 6 months in any contaminated area unless the whole area is bleached upside down. Any cages or toys used by the infected pet should be thrown away. So basically the pet store sold us a contaminated puppy. Upon your visit to the store, you will see all the pets placed in open cages and left to urinate and poop in their own cage. Any puppy with parvo virus should be isolated from other puppies to prevent infection since this virus is highly contagious. Unfortunately, we were misinformed, misguided & deceived! Horrible experience.

All members of the staff are friendly and the doctor is so nice and experienced. They always treat my cat very well. I love this place. I’m coming back for sure.

Ive been to two of these stores and the staff is friendly and willing to negotiate so when you need cheap, this is the store. But when you want quality this isn't the store. Don't shop for cat scratches here. They're asking way too much for them. Go next.door for better options on climbing towers. The most redeeming is they're the only shop I've found to carry specialized food for lactating cats with kittens.
