Nice hotel good and clean rooms right size and good Breakfast too. Price wise is also ok for the service level they provide.

We had company iftar and the food experience is less than average. As soon as I tasted the grape leave and discovered that is the ones comes in cans not fresh made from scratch. No taste at all.

My second stay with Park Inn Riyadh was really disappointing for the following reasons: 1. It took some time to reflect my booking (from booking.com) onto their system. So i waited for almost an hour before the receptionist called me. 2. The room i booked was not the room i got. They gave us the room for disabled person. Floor is not carpeted, no sofa etc. The supervisor told me that there will be slight difference in the toilet so i thought that's fine. But when we entered the room, it was totally different from what we had during our first stay. When i went back to the reception, the supervisor told me that its the only room left for me. I wanted to cancel but its already 9pm and the supervisor offered a free bed to accomodate my kids - still its very disappointing. 3. I felt that there was a discrimination since i'm not an arab speaker. The last priority was me! Please improve this part of your customer service.

Rooms are clean but: 1-Room service is very bad 2- security are impolite 3- Room service guy doesn’t want to give me a mug to my room for no reason or solution. 4- The restaurant menu isn’t that rich and in addition to that many dishes weren’t available 5-I had to order food from outside the hotelbut they didn’t accept to let the order up 6-breakfast buffet isn’t that fine 7- you need to order from the restaurant like an hour before getting your food and if it’s a group you won’t get it Not Recommended at all! Only good think is that the hotel is new and rooms are clean.

All the stars from my side. Very good experience. Staff is very nice, polite, helpful, cooperative and more than above they treat like a family. Hotel is very clean and hygienic, room is also good.. Morning breakfast is also very tasty. I would like to thanks staff specially Mr. Krishna for preparing special ginger tea for me everyday and Mr. Naseef for yummy cappuccino, room service man- Mr. Feroz and last but not the least Mr. Rameez who made us feel like at home. Thanks guyz and all the very best. Will surely would like to visit again.

Misleading, dishonest, and unprofessional staff! Advice, ask if their is any maintinace work before booking at this hotel and do NOT pay upfront at this hotel. As I booked paid in full upon check in and then found out there is no water. Refused to give me back my money . Not even suggested a discount. There answer to my complaint was it’s mentioned on a notice at check in. Small print with no title is not a notice. Imagine not being able to have a shower or flush the toilet. Receptionist even gave the impression it’s not a big deal. Furthermore, in the notice it says from 9pm to 3am . That was not the case there was only low pressure water for a couple of hours in the whole day. How they kept on taking bookings with no basic service must be against the law! . Furthermore, the staff working have no professionalism. Security Gaurd won’t help with bags he’s just sitting there. Sometimes the receptionist is sitting in the corner on their phone and you feel like your actually disturbing them ? by going to front office . Arab customer service manager is chilling and gossiping with friends at the entrance seating area. How embarrassing ! rotana brand needs to change who ever manages this hotel.

Very bad customer service. I faced two big issues and their response to it was the worst I have ever experienced. The first one was the bad somking smell; I have requested non-smoking room by booking and when arrived I stressed about this point to the receptionist but unfortunately when we walked to the room it was very bad smell and I called the receptionist but his reaction was: ok we will send some guys to refresh the room for you!!! At the beginning they refused to move me to another room because they have other guests (more important than us) coming to the hotel within the upcoming hours. I got upset and forced them to change. Unfortunately the other room had the same issue then I realized that they have very poor ventilation system. The other frustrating point is the electricity!!! Suddenly out of nowhere and at 2am there is a very noisy sound coming from the AC. The AC switched off and the lights is turning on and off with the sound keeps running. We got panicked and we turned all the electricity off and we went to sleep because we just arrived to the place and we are really tired. Next morning I switched everything on and the same issue and noise was there so I went to receptionist and his reaction was "it's ok we can send a guy to fix the issue". I informed him that I want to move out from the hotel and his reply was "no, if you do so, we will not refund anything"! What a bad customer service that I will not forget for this brand and property.

1- the price is too much. 2- the room service was horrible, I showered and used one of the towels after using them were dirty so I threw them on the ground to be changes. i come back and i find the room service just hanged the dirty towel back on the towel rack! is your costumer a joke to you? i payed 15K and you don’t get me new towels?? this is so frustrating. i called the manager twice to complain but, with no surprise, no answer of course. I’m not coming back and I don’t advise anyone to come back 3- the breakfast is good, the food was delicious and clean. 4- my room was full of dust, specially the windows and AC. I had stuffed nose all my stay and couldn’t breath well. Some cleaning won’t hurt anyone. 5- the reception experience maybe was the best thing about this stay. 6- the fire alarm went on “by mistake” twice! 7- the underground parking is spacious and has many parkings which is always a plus.
