★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give them negative star, i was planning to stay in it for 10 nights , but honestly I’m trying to find other place to move ASAP (3rd night now)
1- no washing machine
2- no microwave.
3- poor customer service.
4- ACs are nightmares.
5- one AC was down and we called maintenance, and after 2 hours of checking they left and receptionist told me that maintenance working hours had finished and they left !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really professional staff and excellent service. Check in and out was very smooth. The apartments are excellent for families and also the have very nice outdoor playing, swimming and sitting area.
The only area for improvement is to upgrade the apartments furniture, decoration and interior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor and sad stay. I recommend not to book here if you want your piece of mind. The only good thing the view outside. Otherwise, the rooms are in a very bad shape. Couches specially in the single rooms are awful. TV is not working. No towels. No hair dryer. AC remote we had to inform them twice to bring. No microwave !!! Used to be a customer in the past but will not come here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent apartment hotel, but very old. It's separate small buildings of 3 stories each. No elevators in any building.
Spacious and clean. The service is good.
No room service (food) as there's no kitchen or restaurant. Hence, no breakfast.
Prices are considered high for the level of the hotel. Should've been lower in comparison to newer hotels with restaurants.
