โ โ โ โ โ Very good and affordable place to stay in Riyadh. The service is good, fast and staff are friendly. The only issue i faced is the wifi which was very slow and I was not able to do any video call while using it. I would prefer that the wifi is better, but overall experience is good.

โ โ โ โ โ Pathetic Service and Rude Staff. I had placed a booking on booking.com in April for a 1 bed apartment which was almost 2 months before the trip. On reaching the premises I was informed that the booked room is not available and a downgrade will be given for the same price. On raising the issue that it is a downgrade and price should be reduced, the receptionist Aboobacker said to go look for a room elsewhere and I wont be accommodated that too at 9pm when i just arrived from UAE. Moreover he was shouting and used obscene language. When I told the matter will be taken to the police only then Aboobacker composed himself. It is understood from other staff that the room was given to another customer for a higher price. No point booking with them through official channels as it cant be guaranteed. I had to check into a nearby hotel that was available Moreover the Receptionist issue needs to be addressed by the management.

Hospitality by the Manager Mr. SAYEED had been awesome.
Appreciate him a lot and the receptionists too.
