★ ★ ★ ★ ★ كانت تجربتي هذا اليوم وبالتحديد الان تو خارج من عندهم للاسف موظفة الاستقبال سيئة في التعامل لابعد درجه وكاني جاي اتعالج على حسابها بعدها دخلنا على الدكتور النشاوي وكان جيد وبيتكلم والكمام على نصف فمه ودخلنا ناخذ مغذي وعند اعطاء الابره للاسف الممرضه الفلبينيه غير مجيده للعمل وجاء المصري الممرض الله يجزاه خير غير مكان الابره بعد تشنج وما قصر الله يعطيه العافيه .. وبعدها رجعنا للاستقبال علشان رفع التقرير منصه وللاسف الموظفه اساءت الاسلوب مره اخرى فاتمنى الاهتمام بالموضوع وبالموظفين وفي الكادر الطبي وباذن الله اخر زياره للمجمع ولكم الشكر .

Unfortunately, the receptionist is bad in dealing with her to an extreme degree, as if I was coming to be treated at her expense. Then we went to the Dr. Al-Nashawi and he was good and he spoke with the mask on half of his mouth. We entered to take a nutrient and when the needle was given, unfortunately, the Filipino nurse was not good at work and the Egyptian nurse came May God reward him with good other than the place of the needle after a spasm, and God did not give him strength.. Then we returned to the reception in order to raise the report in full. Unfortunately, the employee misconducted again, so I hope to pay attention to the matter, the staff and the medical staff, and God willing, the last visit to the complex. Thank you.

المكان كان مرتب وهادئ ونظيف جداً .. الجميع كانوا متعاونين وعلى خلق عالي ، موظفة الاستقبال كان تعاملها جيد ، وكذلك الممرضة استقبلت الحالة لأنها كانت حالة طارئة وطلبت مني الذهاب إلى الاستقبال لفتح ملف وهذا أمر جيد لأن بعض المستوصفات تطلب منك فتح ملف وبعدها تدخل العيادة ، الطبيبة أسماء في الطوارئ كانت متعاونة ومتفهمة
آمل زيادة عدد موظفي وموظفات الاستقبال …
