. الاستقال عندهم جدا بطيئين و اكثر من مريض يكون جالس ولا يهتمو له و يسيبوه و يعطلوه
. الدكتوره ميرفت اخصائية الانف و الاذن و الحنجره سلكتلي كثير لي درجة اقلها حلقي يألمني احس بي التهاب تقلي ما فيك شي و اقلها عندي كحه و هيا شافت ما ادتني له دواء تقلي مع الوقت بيخف !! ادتني ابره تقلي تشلك الحساسيه ايضا جيت بدخلها طردتني تقلي دقيقه بتكلم بالجوال ههههه.
ذا غير النمل و الصراصير الي ماشيه على الارض!
ابدا ما يهتمو بالمريض و حقيقي الي يخش المجمع ذا سليم يخرج تعبان نصيحه لحد يجي

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء جداً .. موظفة الإستقبال مو عارفه شي ولا عارفه مواعيد الدكاتره واقلها أنا تأمين تقولي ادفعي كاش عشان موظفة التأمين ماجات .. استهبال ولا استبهال دا غير دكتور الطواري اقله اكتبلي اجازه اليوم وبكره يقولي وزارة الصحه تقول يوم وكلمت وزارة الصحه قالو لا على حسب الحاله وولدي كان تعبان ومسخن يبغونا نجي كل يوم ناخد تقرير وهما ياخدو فلوس دا إلي همهم بس

بيوم جيت وانا حافظه اوقات عمل دكتوري وهذي الموظفه ماكانت موجوده ف كان فيه ٣ او ٤ غيرها بالرسبشن
اقولهم الدكتور موجود!! يقولو مانعرف واقولهم الحين وقت دوامه بطلعلو عندي موعد قالولي انتظري ١٥ دقيقه وبالاخير طلع موجود وماعنده اي مرضى بس اخروني عالفاضي وما تاكدولي الدكتور موجود ومايعرفون جدوله ورفضو اطلعله بنفسي يعني ما افهم وش فايدتكم ٤ مدري ٣ عالرسبشن اجل ؟
* وحركه ان يجي دوري ويقولون لي لو سمحتي بندخل وحده قبلك بنخلص سريع هي بس كشفيه تكررت معي ٣ مرات وياخذون نص ساعه واكثر اول مره مشيتها ثاني مره مشيتها بس خلاص يكفي انا حاجزه مواعيد ليش اجل؟ خصوصا ان ادفع من جيبي مو تأمينات ترا والله شيء يزعل خصوصا اني احب العياده لانها قريبه مني لكن لا تخسرون زبونه دائمه عشان الجدد اللي كشفيه ومعد يرجعون + الممرضه اللي اسمها شيماء عسل
+ كمان اللي ماسكين الواتس اب تبع العياده واضح تغيرو لان زمان ماشاءالله ارسلهم بحجز او استفسار يردون بنفس الساعه ويتعاونون معي كثييييير
الحين يردون بعد يومين ومايردون على حجزي لازم اعيد ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ رحت عندهم عملت فحص طبي للموظفين (اكلينكي) قيمته ١٥٠ ريال يشمل فحص نظر تقليدي وتحليل بول وكشف ضغط و دم ونوع فصيلة الدم في المختبر والأشياء الأساسية... اليوم الأول كانو في الاستقبال غير مستعدين و اتأخرت لكن اللي في الريسيبشن اعتذرت مني بطريقة لبقة وعذرتهم .. و فيه دكتورة سودانية ودكتور سودان عندهم رهيبين يحسسوك ان الدنيا سهالات ? ، وفيه بنت منقبه في المختبر تعاملها جدا راقي

استقبال ممتاز عنايه بس في ازدوجيه في العمل ولا يوجد تنظيم اما موضوع مادي فهو مادي تحاليل كانت ليس لها أي داعي وانا قلت لدكتوره راح اسوي التحليل وادفع وراح تطلع النتيجه ماعندك اي مشكله كم توقعت الدكتوره العامه علمتها في بعض الأمور التي كانت هي غير مقتنعه وأثبت ان كلامي هو الصح ع انه دكتوره لابد من نظره في مجمعكم لكي لا تخسرو عملاكم
وكذلك يوجد تسريب ماء في طواري الرجال من فوق ينقط على الأرض
وان شاءالله اخر زياره لهم بإذن الله

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اليوم زرت العيادة فرع أبحر وكان عندي موعد ليزر مع دكتورة الجلدية(( إيــــمــان ))وكانت جدًا رائعة و الممرضة ((شــمـس)) إللي عملتلي الليزر مرررة رائعة وبشوشة وعسل .. استمروا بارك الله فيكم ??
