عدم المعرفة الجيدة والالمام وتوجيه المريض بالشكل الصحيح، مما يسبب ذهاب وعودة وتكرار ذلك بين عيادة الكشف والاستقبال.
تكرار طلب المعلومات الشخصية في كل مرحلة من مراحل الكشف.
استغراق وقت طويل لتقديم الخدمة مقارنة بخلو المركز من المراجعين.
بصراحة لن اكرر الزيارة لذلك المركز المخيب للأمال.
 Bad service by reception.

جيت سويت مسحة كورونا في تص الليل طلعو يفتحو طول اليوم ، تروح تكتب اسمك وتستنى الدور على نا الدكتور جا ..و بعدين ينادو بالاسماء
اتمنى يجيبو نفس عداد الارقام للمرضى بدل ما ينادو من كل مكان
عموماً بشكل عام خدومين الله يسعدهم

You got sweetened with a corona smear in the middle of the night, they open all day long, you go to write your name and wait for the turn to come to us, Dr. Ja..and then they call the names
I hope they answer the same numbers for patients instead of calling from everywhere
In general, the servants of God are pleased with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الوضع جداً مزري. لا تنسيق في ادخال المرضى. اخر مرة ازورهم ان شاءالله من غير شر. بطؤ ولا مبالاة في التعامل مع المرضى. اتمنى ان يأخذوا دورات في التعامل مع البشر المرضى . يا عالم وين وزارة الصحة عنهم.
The situation is very dire. No coordination in the admission of patients. The last time I will visit them, God willing, without evil. Slow and careless in dealing with patients. I hope they take courses in dealing with sick people. Oh world where the Ministry of Health about them.
