★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من اسوأ المراكز تعامل موظفات الرسبشن من غير نفس وحاطين لوحة لشركات التأمين ومن ضمنها بوبا وانا عندي 2 نوع من بطائق بوبا ولم يتم خدمتي قالو غير مقبولة وراح يتم الإجراء القانوني لهم
 One of the worst centers treats the reception staff without the same, and they put a board for insurance companies, including Bupa, and I have 2 types of Bupa cards, and my service was not fulfilled. They said they were not accepted, and legal action will be taken for them

الطوارئ فاضي مافي احد انتضرت اكثر من 30 دقيقة والدكتور غير متواجد
انصح الي عنده حالة طارئة يرىح مستوصف ثاني
Doctors are not committed to their work hours
The emergency is empty, no one has been waiting for more than 30 minutes, and the doctor is not available
I advise anyone who has an emergency to go to a second clinic

اعطي مجمع الطب النوعي هذه الدرجات هي :
اولا : نظافة المكان وهذا ما تلاحظه عند دخولك للمجمع
وأخذهم بالاجراءات الاحترازية
ثانيا : تعاون موظفين الاستقبال وحسن معاملتهم
ثالثا : الكادر الطبي رائعين ومحترمين دون استثناء بالاضافة الى الخبرات العلمية و العملية ...
النقطة السلبية في المجمع من وجهة نظري هي بعد المسافة عن وسط جدة اتمنى ان يفتحوا مجمع في وسط جدة
كما يحتاج المركز الى اضافة بعض الاقسام الطبية
اتمنى لهم التوفيق و الاستمرار بالنجاح
