Check in/check out: smooth and the reception staff are nice however, the main entrance is blocked and the back entrance is not really pleasant or clean. Room: Although the rooms are spacious the carpet was damaged, full of stains and cigarette burns, the coaches stained and dose not feel clean the curtains felt like they were not washed for a while, the duvet bed was not hotel quality, and the pillows two of them were the other two were not which shows lack of consistency in the quality. The bathroom only included two towels and on the last day of my stay the housekeeping replaced it with “blue” towel which had loose ends at the ends and again, not hotel quality. The toiletries dose not include dental care, and the quality was somehow cheap except the Sugar cane soap which was my favorite. Room service: the room service was okay, however, they did not pick up from first time calling, and the preparation time reached 45 min at times. I made clear request on some of the dishes which to my surprise they did not seem to understand or ignored. The Intercontinental breakfast was a big disappointment, it was supposed to include pastries but what I got was one hard mini croissant burnt from the bottom (obviously microwaved) and one danish pastry while the rest were bread… bread is not exactly a pastry. The French toast was also a disappointment, the bread was not even brioche and very flavorless. The healthy breakfast option was also disappointing as they mentioned it will be with “low sugar jam” which was not the case, and the yogurt was presented as it is (as if you bought it from grocery- not even greek) with no toppings of seeds or chia, or nuts. The soup and the french fries were good. Limited options for deserts and the cheesecake was not really good. Restaurant: the restaurant experience was very boring and sad, no one was there to greet you or assit you on serving, the dishes were not labeled and the chairs arms were ripped. Spa and gym: it was very disappointing to know that the gym and spa for males only. Overall, It’s obvious that the hotel had some it’s good day, but currently they are either suffering from financial distress or simply being cheap. Their location is good and they have potential unless they don’t work on that they will need to close soon or remove the brand name. I’m not coming back again.

The breakfast was superb. A collections and varieties of food that you can choose from.. Even if you are on a low cab and keto diet.. Nursima one of the staff was so helpful and accommodating..she's always smiling.. I recommend the place for your sumptuous breakfast.. Overly satisfied..

The food and services are all very good. Norsema was very accommodating and helpful and diligent. The place is cozy yet very elegant. We are comfortable to stay in such a long period of time. All in all the staff are friendly and the price is reasonable.

I had a good experience at Novoltel hotel. Getting to the hotel was not a problem despite the construction leading to an alternative route. My room and the surroundings was neat, customer care was friendly. Food was amazing and their setup was super- I’ll miss the restaurant ? I would appreciate improving the fridges in the room which just wasn’t cooling for me. I should at least be able to cool my drinks or preserve my left over snacks but the fridge just wasn’t effective. Also the hotel should improve on picking external calls. I have just checked out and can’t reach the hotel because they are just not picking. I was calling to notify the hotel that my points were not fully added to my account. I stayed for three and 2nights, however, just the points for 3nights was added. I’ll appreciate doing the needful: my name is Adeola. Thank you for your service

Place is very nice. Has enough parking space. Food from restaurant tastes good but is bit expensive. Spa is only for men. Housekeeping and other services are good. Rooftop pool side is excellent place to spend time.

I was very impressed with the hotel and their staff. Everything was great with one exception that holds me back from 5 stars. The hot water doesn’t last long enough in the shower. There were 2 adults and a child and all three of us were not able to have hot water in the morning.
