★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service? i always take 1 hour only for payment then your turn they can finish for only 5mins.. very slow service.. they have self service machine but not working some them usually using mobile only.. poor customer service

I had to move my number from zain to STC
However, i purchased the 5Gb router from the online store and the process was smooth, quick and delivered within 24 hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the pathetic So called flagship store. They don't know the meaning of customers care. Or they didn't want to serve there customer well. I went there to purchase a new sim which I got from other outlet very easily. He force me to buy the expensive one from him because he didn't want to work as the month of Ramadan is running these days. The Representative was very rude in behavior although I am bearing his attitude with smile and politely. As of my question he doesn't want to answer as if I am begging him for the new connection. On the same street I find one of his competitor telecom services providing company from where I purchased a new sim very easy. He lose the sales as he is very efficient and productive for his company. May almighty Allah Sprinkle his blessings upon us in this holy month and forgive the bad sins.
