★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول يومين مرمطونا . اول يوم دخلنا الدنيا وصخه ولانظفوا بعد الناس اللي قبل .
وبعدها عطونا فله ثانيه نظيفه .
بس الماء فيه ريحه وكأنه مخلوط بزيت .
واليوم الثاني من نفسهم قالوا نبي نغيركم لان هذي الفله عليها صيانه .
صراحه اول يومين تمرمطنا .
صراحه والله انزعجنا نقلنا عفشنا كم مره والمفترض ان عندهم تنظيف للنزلاء لانهم كاتبين فلل فندقيه . للاسف ماعندهم الا بدفع مبلغ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الاقامه لديهم سيئه جدا لا انصح بهم نهائي، لايوجد استقبال والتواصل عن طريق رقم خدمة العنلاء الموظفون تعاملهم سيء تناقشهم بطلب خدمه ترد قائله( مو عاجبك ألغي حجزك معنا) لا يردون الا بعد تكرر الاتصال في عدة أوقات ، يطلب منك التواصل عن طريق الواتس اب وفي الواتس اب يرد الرد الالي ولا تتم خدمتك، مبلغ التأمين في الموقع وفي الشروك والأحكام 500 ريال وفي الفاتزرة 1000 ريال دون مبرر ، يظيفون للفاتورة مبلغ 345 رسال كرسوم تنظيف للفله من الزبون الذي قبلك، القفل لباب الفله عطلان تستعمل باب الكراج للدخول والخروج، الكنب محروق بجمر ، المويه سيئه جدا" لونها اصفر ولها ريحه لا تستطيع استعمالها في اي شيء ..
The accommodation they have is very bad. I do not recommend them definitively. There is no reception and communication through the Al-Anala service number. The staff treats them badly. You discuss them with a service request. They reply saying (you don’t like cancel your reservation with us) they do not reply until after the call is repeated in several times, you are asked to communicate via WhatsApp and in WhatsApp returns the automated response and you are not served. The security deposit on the site and the faults and provisions is 500 riyals and the voucher is 1000 riyals without justification. They add to the bill the amount of 345 messages as cleaning fees for the villa from the customer who accepted you. The lock for the villa door is broken. You use the garage door to enter and exit, the sofa is burnt The water is very bad, its color is yellow and has a smell that you cannot use for anything..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا يوجد اي خدمة والاستقبال غير متوفر والمياه المستخدمه سيئة فيه ديزل اوشيء زي كذا لدرجة ان عندما تقوم بغسيل يدك تحس بزيت وريحة المويه ديزل وايضا مخادعين يضيف على الفاتوره ٣٥٠ريال وعند التواصل معهم بشأن هذا المبلغ يقول هذه لاجل التنظيف بعد تخرج ويلزموك تدفع للنظافه لغيرك وانت مافي لك اي تنظيف طوال فترة اقامتك وحتى ادوات تنظيف تبغ صابون مافي وايضا لا يوجد غسالة ملابس و مواقف السيارات سيء جدا صغيره لسيارات الصغير فقط يمكن ادخاله في الكراج اما الشارع احذر لا توقف لانه على شارع خدمة مسار صغير والمرور يخالفك مافي مكان توقف فيه الا بعيد وازعاج المكان عند الوصل يعطوك شروط ومنه ممنوع السباح والازعاج بعد الساعة ٩ ليلا و كل يوم الى اخر الليل ازعاج بالمنطقه الخلفيه وخصوصا عند المسبح وتتواصل معهم ومافي اي رد وتروح لمكتب الاستقبال حقهم مافي احد ما خدمة سيئة للغاية والسعر غالي جدا ولما طلبنا تمديد يوم عطونا ضعف السعر ما انصح به نهائيا

As for the street, beware not to stop, because it is on a service street, a small path, and the traffic is against you, there is no place to stop except far and inconvenience The place upon arrival gives you conditions, including it is forbidden to swim and disturb after 9 pm and every day until the end of the night noisy in the back area, especially at the pool and you communicate with them and there is no response and you go to the reception desk, they have no one, the service is very bad and the price is very expensive, and when we asked to extend the day, they gave us twice the price What do I recommend at all?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we stayed here for a night with friends! the villa looks good even the rooms.The interior is elegant.
What I dont like about it is that first the kids pool is so small.. considering it has how many villas. it could have been same size as the adult so more kids will enjoy.
2nd, since it is Eid maybe its a bit pricey.. but alot more cheaper than renting a hotel with limited number of person's allowed.
Lastly maybe the empty roof top. Some couch and light could be there i guess for extra place for chat and all..
Overall, its a great experience good furnishing and clean sheets. Enough utensils and instagramable interior.
