The room was booked one week back and when reached they asked to wait for 2 hours and got room after 3 hours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s on of the best hotels I have been in. The service is amazing. The staff is really professional, friendly and welcoming. In comparing to 3-star hotel, this is one of the best. The hotel is new and clean too with good value for money.

We booked a room at midnight to leave next day at 2 pm for very important meeting.
I had to work all night to be ready for next day meeting so I invited my manager and my colleague to my room ( suddenly the receptionist called and talked to me in rude way that is not allowed to host any guest at your room and she thread me to inform the ministry if We stayed at the room !! Unfortunately we has been forced to leave after 1 hour from the checkin without any refund or Compensation.

After waiting for our rooms to be ready for 10 (ten) hours, the lady at the reception, who does not speak any English (not even how tu use Google translate) , does not understand that we need 1 room for every person (single room). We stay another hour trying to get her to give us our rooms!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst hotel I've ever been to in my life. The internet never works and I've had to spend my phone data. A colleague hadbeen two days without towels, the receptionist speak little or don't speak English and only answer in Arabic. Three days I have been asking for the bath gel to have a shower and the housekeeping never brought it and already on the third day they brought me shampoo and told me that the shower gel tomorrow inshallah. The breakfast is not quite good and the guys of the breakfast do not know how to make coffee and it seems rather dirty water... Do not stay at this hotel...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely furnished hotel, but managed by inexperienced Egyptians like all other Ewaa hotels. I saw the Egyptian manager abusing the Bangladeshi servicemen in inhuman way. He should have trained them about hospitality instead. He was on his cellphone most of the time. The service was not good as the bathroom napkins were wet even after we requested room service on the second night. The garbage was never picked during room service. The hotel smells like sewer except on Saturday it smelled good and then smelled bad back again. The computer in the lobby was old and took me 2 hours waiting for the email to load up and send.
