★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cannot recommend it if you are a woman. Rooms they are giving us don't really have window, which is a problem, you just feel trapped
We can't see outside the room and it's freaking me out. Also, the garden on the rooftop is closed so you have to go elsewhere if you want to see something else than beige walls. Spending 3 weeks here. Can't wait to get out.
Good point is that the breakfast is alright.

Also the area of the hotel is very strategic..have so much cafe and restaurant around it...also near to many place.
The only things is the pool kind of too small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed 11 nights at this hotel. During my stay, certain events have happened that would not occur even in a 1 star hotel.
First of all, as a welcoming gift, a fight started between housekeeping staff right in front of my door room, when I was asleep and I had to interfere to stop the fight!
Second, reception staff kept calling everyday through my room and mobile number asking if I would like to extend, even though I asked specifically not to be called at! And with regards to the extension, I told them “keep extending unless I tell you otherwise”, but no one listened.
Third, I asked for the contact number of the management, but the reception staff refused and blatantly said “No!”.
Forth, basic hospitality rules says if there is a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, it is forbidden to knock or ring the door bell, yet this hotel manage to screw up the simplest rule.
There are other matters that needs urgent attention from the hotel’s management beside what I just mentioned.
