★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked out from the hotel and I forget one of my stuff I call them 2 hours later to tell them about it and if they can keep it they said we didn’t find it !!! So be carful when you book in this hotel!!! Disappointed I keep calling them they did it get back to me ….it means forget about it ..it just disappear ? ??????????????

The view from the balcony is really beautiful the bed is amazingly comfortable and the bathtub is the best thing in the room
The staff are really friendly and lovely
The service is really great and the food is delicious
You have to try their ice tea it’s really good

My only complaint is that 2 nights in a row we had issues where a light sensor kept turning on all of the lights in the room throughout the night. Literally ever hour on the hour. So we didn’t sleep well at all. We had to extend our stay one night and it was really disappointing that the hotel didn’t try and accommodate us since there were issues throughout the hotel with the lights keeping guests awake. Instead they even tried to charge us more for the additional night. Bummer.

Staff were very respectful and understanding and it definitely made my stay even better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for 5 nights and it was a pleasant experience. Rooms are very clean, food is good, service is top notch and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Extra points for the location and the accessible coffee shops in the same complex. Definitely my go to hotel in Jeddah and hoping the service will stay the same ??

It is located in a very desirable location with many restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.
