I love the breakfast offer so affordable “ breakfast is unlimited” till 11am … overall food is excellent, quality of service is overwhelming….see some photos with my friends

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Place is amazing. Super clean. Great view service is on time and well maintained. I wish I had taken pictures. The rooms are large and the space is used perfectly. The breakfast menu didn't have many options; however the presented was good enough. I don't recommend eating other meal in there as the restaurant server only push sales. Overall great place to stay the week in. Also great for business.
Personally I loved the view from my room window.

The price is high taking into account the star rating of the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away. I stayed there for 3 months and never seen such a poor service. Laundry is always late. Service is extremely poor. If they need something from you - they will be constantly ringing but if you have problems - they will take forever. Very unorganized. Staff is not trained and all over the place, very communication between front desk and other departments. Food is from these frozen bags from supermarket. Hotel was built 3 years ago but they don’t maintain them and a lot of room are dirty and in poor conditions. Changed rooms multiple times. There is better hotels to stay in Jeddah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man I love this hotel! The check in was smooth and easy, the guy at the front desk was really friendly. When I got to the room, the first thing I always check is the thermostat. I hate how certain hotels would regulate it to not go below 22 or 23 degrees because when I sleep, I get hot. I have to set the temperature to 18 degrees for a good night's sleep. And in this hotel, the thermostat works great and I can get the exact temperature that I want. I got the King Suite for 5 days and I really felt at home. The interior was very modern and the room was very clean, I'm a germaphobe and I approved! I love that breakfast was included in the room rate and the food was good and they had a decent selection of buffet spread. I would definitely come back again when I visit Jeddah!
