★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الصراحه..تصميم فخم وقديم ونقص اشياء كثيره تلقو الصور وعيوب النقص ..مثلا مافي تلفون استهلاك الماء الين يصير ساخن..اسلاك كهرباء مكشوفه خطر للاطفال الصغار في الصاله وطلبنا فرش للنوم للاسف وصخه ومستخدمه والله عليها بقعه استفراغ عزكم الله والله انصدمت من ذا الاهمال والوصاخه احسن شي موظفين الاستقبال محترمين..واخلاقهم عاليه شكرا لهم فقط
 Frankly..a luxurious and old design, and the lack of many things. You receive pictures and defects..For example, there is no phone for water consumption, it becomes hot..Exposed electric wires are dangerous for young children in the hall. And the dirt is the best thing. The reception staff are respectful.. and their morals are high. Thank them only

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الفندق جميل وموقعه جميل لكن يعيبه موظف الاستقبال اللي اسمه محروس نصاب انتبهو منه في البداية بدفع شبكه رفض وقالي ماعندنا شبكه واكتشفت انه زايد ٣ ريال ع المبلغ وكنت اطلبه عقد الايجار كثير وطلبته كثير ويقولي هو في احد دلوقتي يطلب عقد الايجار بأسلوب استحقار المهم ازعجته لحد ماجابه واكتشفت انه اخذ مني ٣ ريال زيادة مو مسجله بعقد الايجار ويوم سألته ليش يقولي هذي رسوم بلدية! عموما رفضت استلمه وراح عدل فيه الله لايوفقه لكن المصري اللي بالشفت الثاني اللي اسمه سعيد قمة الامانه والاخلاق الله يوفقه ويسعده
The hotel is beautiful and its location is beautiful, but the receptionist whose name is Mahrous Nisab is defective. At first, they warned him by paying a network. He refused and said that we do not have a network. I discovered that he increased 3 riyals for the amount. I discovered that he took 3 riyals extra from me, not registered in the rental contract, and one day I asked him why he told me these are municipal fees! In general, I refused to receive it, and God did justice to it, but the Egyptian who had the second lip, whose name is Saeed, is the summit of honesty and morals, may God bless him and make him happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ موقع الفندق ممتاز في شارع صقر قريش ولكن الأثاث قديم و مستوى نظافة الشقق ضعيف
سخان الحمام لا يعمل يفصل بريكر الطبلون كل ما اشغله..
الفندق به رائحة سيئة يحتاح التهوية
المصعد قديم ويحتاج تهوية
يوجد فرق في الأسعار عند الحجز في الاستقبال و بين بوكينق الحذر من موظف الاستقبال في الشفت الليلي
موظف الفترة الصباحية محترم جدا وخدوم
تجربة سيئة كانت لمدة يومين
لا انصح به نهائياً
The location of the hotel is excellent on Saqr Quraish Street, but the furniture is old and the level of cleanliness of the apartments is poor
The bathroom heater is not working, the drum breaker disconnects everything I run..
The hotel has a bad smell and needs ventilation
The elevator is old and needs ventilation
There is a difference in prices when booking at the reception and between booking caution from the receptionist at the night shift
The morning shift employee is very respectful and helpful
Bad experience for two days
I don't recommend it at all

Room is not clean and filled with bed bugs and all kind of un hygienic bugs. Had to check out few hours after checking in
