★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مماطل غير طبيعي في التركيب تم الاتفاق على تفصيل دولاب مع المصري واخبرني ان مدة التركيب جاهزيته شهرين تم دفع نصف المبلغ وبعد شهرين تم زيارة المحل للاستفسار عن سبب التاخير تحجج بأني لم ادفع النصف الباقي وانه كان بأجازه ولم يتصلو بي لابلاغي بسداد الدفعه الاخر اخذت ذلك بحسن نيه واني لم اقراء العقد جيدا ودفعت النصف المتبقي واكملت الان ٣ اشهر من المماطله في التركيب

I took that well. I did not read the contract well and paid the remaining half and now completed 3 months of procrastination in the installation

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الباركيه حقهم جيد وله سنه معاي كويس لكن صار لينها فراغات الان وكلها تتحرك حطيت نجمتين لاني ماقدرت اتواصل معاهم يعدلون هالمشكله وش فايدة الضمان اذا ماقدر اتواصل مع احد او لازم اروح للمحل يعني؟!

بسرد عليكم بشكل سريع
تم توقيع العقد على خزانه و تم دفع المبلغ كامل و افاد الموظف الخلوق حسام انه مدة التنفيذ اذا فوري من ٣٠ - ٦٠ يوم
عطوني موعد للتركيب قبل اكثر شهر من الان و ما تم التركيب
تواصلت معاهم ثاني قالو الخزاين موجودة بالقصيم و بعد اسبوع و انتهى الموعد ما ركبو .
تواصلت مع خدمه العملاء قالو نرفع ايميل كل يوم نرفع ايميل اتوقع ما وصل له شهر ! ولا فيه فيد باك للعميل .
-تواصلت مع الاخذ حذيفه بعد ما اعطونيه خدمه العملاء مايرد .
- تواصلت مع الاخ محمد الشامي عطاني موعد بعد ١٠ ايام يا الخميس او السبت بالكثير و راكب عندك و افاد ان الخزانه موجودة بالرياض خلاف ما قالو انها بالقصيم .
- الخميس تواصلت معاه و قال السبت بتركب قلنا لاحول ولا قوه يلا
- السبت يتواصل معي ناصر مدير التركيبات بالقصيم يقول مانقدر نجي بنجيك الاحد الصباح الساعه ١٠
- اليوم الاحد لم يحضر احد ولم يتم التواصل معي بتاجيل الموعد و تم الاتصال على كل من :
١ حذيفه
٢ محمد الشامي
٣ ناصر
جميعًا لم يتم الرد ؟؟؟
و الى الان لم يتم التركيب
اذا هذي الخدمه في التركيب كيف ما بعد البيع !!
( بالعقد لايوجد اي بند يصب في مصلحه المستهلك مثل شرط جزاء بالتاخير ) عشان كذا خووووذ راحتك

I will tell you quickly
The contract was signed on his treasury, the full amount was paid, and the employee, Al-Khaleq Hossam, stated that the implementation period, if immediate, is 30-60 days.
They gave me an appointment for installation more than a month ago and the installation has not been done
I contacted them the second time, they said the tanks are in Al-Qassim, and a week later, the appointment expired. They did not ride.
I contacted customer service, they said we send an email every day, I expect it to reach a month! There is no feed back for the customer.
- I contacted the shoe picker after they gave him the customer service what he wanted.
- I contacted Brother Muhammad Al-Shami, and he gave me an appointment after 10 days, Thursday or Saturday, with a lot and a passenger with you, and he stated that the safe is in Riyadh, contrary to what they said is in Al-Qassim.
- Thursday, I contacted him, and he said, "Saturday, we will ride."
- Saturday, Nasser, the installation manager in Al-Qassim, contacts me. He says, “We can’t help you, Sunday morning at 10 o’clock.”
- Today, Sunday, no one attended, and I was not contacted to postpone the appointment. The following were contacted:
1 shoe
2 Mohammed Al-Shami
3 Nasser
Not all answered???
And it has not yet been installed
If this service is in the installation, how is the after-sales service!!
(In the contract, there is no clause in the interest of the consumer, such as a penalty clause for delay)
