الموقف الأول:
اشترينا خلاط مطبخ من عندهم وخربت قطعة وراجعناهم والفاتورة ضايعة وكانوا متعاونين جدًا وقالوا أهم شيء رقم الجوال ويكون الضمان ساري.
وفعلا طلبنا القطعة ووصلت بعد أسبوع من جدة عن طريق أرامكس.
الموقف الثاني:
خرب عندنا خلاط مغسلة وكنت ناوي أشتري جديد واتصلت على الفرع ورد علي الأستاذ مازن شرحت له المشكلة قال: لازال على الضمان راجع الوكيل وإذا ودك تراجعني ما في مشكلة وفعلًا راجعت الوكيل واستبدله فورًا.
باختصار اشتر منهم وأنت مرتاح
I got two stops with them

Indeed, we ordered the piece and it arrived a week later from Jeddah through Aramex.
The second position:
We had a washbasin mixer ruined, and I was intending to buy a new one, and I called the branch, and Mr. Mazen answered me, explaining the problem to him. He said: I am still on the guarantee, see the agent, and if you wish, he should review me, there is no problem. Indeed, I contacted the agent and replaced him immediately.
