قالي رجع البضاعه بنفسك للمستودع رجعت البضاعه للمستودع المستودع ماعنده صندوق محاسبه يعطيك فلوسك قالو ارجع لم المعرض استلم فلوسك نظام فاشل

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ **الاستقبال جميل وخدمة ماقبل السداد جميلة.. لكن لديهم تأخير غير مبرر وطباعه الفاتورة تاخذ وقت طويل والصندوق أيضًا وبعد الانتهاء من ذالك بعض المنتجات غير متوفرة ولايوجد دقة انت من لابد ان يكون منتبه لهم وتظطر للذهاب للمعرض الآخر لاستكمال المنتحات الغير متوفره بالفرع الاول بالاضافة الى الذهاب الى المستودع لاستلام بقية المنتجات وهو في منطقة بعيدة جداً عن الفرع ووعره جداً وأيضًا يتأخرون عليك في التحضير.
1-لابد ان يكون هنالك سائق خاص لإحضار الطلبات من المستودع عند دفع العميل للفاتورة وليس العميل من يذهب لإحضارها.
2-التأكد من توفر القطع بالفرع وعند عدم توفرها يتم احضارها للعميل من الفرع الآخر وليس العميل من يذهب لإحضارها .
3- حث الموظفين بسرعة الإنجاز وعدم التأخر الغير مبرر والدقة بالعمل.
