★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت منهم مغاسل برسلان جداً جميله لكن فيه عيب بالصنع قابله للكسر لن مافيه شي يدعمها من جوا اما خشب اوغلين يسحب الصدمات واللي وصلها مابينها تماماً للتأكد من سلامتها وبعد مغادرته المنزل تبين لي انها مكسوره كسر لايمكن تركيبها واتصلت لكنه اتهمني اني كسرتها هل يعقل اني اكسرها وانا بحاجتها ولم يستجيب المحل لشكواي كيف استرد حقي بمنج عليه ضمان سنتين

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت من عندهم مجموعة ادوات صحية واحده منها فيها عيب مصنعي ورفض تبديل القطعة بحجة انه يوجد داخل الحنفية قطعه مكسورة ، كيف ينكسر السيخ الداخلي والذراع سليم ، غير ممكنة الا في حال عيب مصنعي
لا انصح بأخذ ضمانهم بالاعتبار
