★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is nice and neat but they have the worst service ? I swear, I called them to bring me something and I had to call 5 times just to get what I wanted!! I spent three hours (or even more) just waiting for them to bring my order and my little sister asked them for a plate and the one in change of it said "I don't know " with a really bad attitude and went away and then when I asked he said the same thing with same attitude. Plus, their breakfast tastes so bad and I would recommend you don't even bother to eat breakfast

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didnt hit the mark of being a 4 star hotel. 2 stars at best. Rooms are big and clean though. Bathrooms could be a lot better. I stayed there for 3 nights and no one came to clean the room even though "clean my room" light was on. They never provided the complementary water. A big disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the only hotel I tried in Qasim so far. Its exterior is great and beds are very comfy. However, bathroom becomes a mass after taking a shower. No regular cleaning. Even when we asked for cleaning, no one cleaned our room. 4 nights, no cleaning!. AC systems are inefficient in rooms.
Key card systems are also broken in the entire hotel. Each time when we got to the hotel, a staff member had to open the door for us. Not very convenient. They said it will be fixed in our first night, but no chance after 4 nights.
I am sure they can do better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good and helping staff,. Quite near the city center, swimming pool is a bit small. Lift is on the left side of the entrance and you have kilometers to walk to your room. Didnt get an option to opt for non smoking room. Few arabic restaurants are near by. Didnt find toothbrush and paste in the amenities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish there was a quarter star ... the bathroom stincks and they dont clean even if you press the cleaning bottom or put the freaking paper on the door.
The bath has no partition so when you shower the water goes everywhere. Mattress is terrible pillow are terrible. Sofa,chairs are like setting on the floor and very old and smelly .. the tv is from the age of the flinstons.... people are not nice and the reception guy put me in a smoking room that smells like a dead people.
The overall experience is terrible and i dont recommend even passing by this hotel

Reception Staff are very much cooperative, polite and professional.
