★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان جيد للمشي تم رصفه وتشجيرة بشكل جيد وكذلك تم توفير مواقف على الجهات الاربع سوف يشكل متنفس رائع للحي لو تم تطوير المكان بإنشاء حديقة وملاعب خصوصا وان اغلب المساكن المحيطة به شقق .عيبه حاليا نوع الاشجار المزروعة من النوع المسبب للحساسية من الافضل استبدالها بنوع مناسب
