R	Rawan Maj on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اروح للنادي بسبب قربه لبيتي . العيوب / يبدون يسكرون المكيفات والانوار الساعه٩:٤٠ ليه! اعتقد الدوام ينتهي ١٠ الشي الثاني اجهزه الكارديو قديمه والغالب عطلان خاصه اجهزة السير لو احسبها مافي الا ٣يشتغلون من ١٠ اتمنى زياده عدد لجهاز الاوبتكال لانه اكثر جهاز يستخدم المميزات /المدربات نفسياتهم تجنن خاصه منى بالاخص ودينا وسميره. I go to the club because it is close to my house. Disadvantages: They seem to turn off the air conditioner and the lights at 9:40, why? I think it ends at 10 The second thing is that the cardio equipment is old and mostly broken, especially the treadmills. If I count them, there are only 3 that work out of 10. I wish to increase the number of the Optical device because it is the most used device The female trainers/features are crazy, especially Mona, Dina and Samira.
F	F on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولاً اكثر شيء لاحظته يتميز فيه: فيه طاقة حياة وحماس مو طبييييعية والاجواء فيه كانه ايام المدرسة من قوة الالفة والمعرفة من اول يوم تخشون ببعض، لدرجة بعضهم يدوامون يومياً فيه?♥️ ثانياً والاهم. رهيب ومتنوع جداً عندهم غرفة ملح ويوقا هوائية ونطيطة وجاكوزي واشياء جميلة ومتنوعة والكلاسات طوال الوقت موجودة العيب الوحيد: ازعاااج كل النادي يسمع موسيقى الكلاس First of all, the thing I noticed most about it: It has life energy and enthusiasm that is not natural And the atmosphere in it is like school days from the strength of familiarity and knowledge from the first day you are afraid of each other, to the point that some of them continue daily in it Secondly and most importantly. Awesome and very different They have a salt room, aerobic yoga, a bouncer, a jacuzzi, and a variety of beautiful things Classes are there all the time The only drawback: Annoyed the whole club hears class music
M	MANAL SHATAT on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ النادي جميل ونظيف والخدمات جدا رائعة ومهتمين بالنظافة كتير والاجهزة حديثة ومرافقه مرتبه . لكن مشكلتهم * اللوكرات بدون مفاتيح او مكسرة واكون محظوظة اذا لقيت لوكر بمفتاح (ارفقت صور) * والمشكله الثانية لا يوجد مناديل تنشيف الايدي فنستخدم مناديل عاديه اللي تلصق بالايدي * صالة الحديد اغلبها في الطابق الارضي والباقي في الطابق الثاني يعني بطلع دورين علشان اكمل باقي تماريني * اخر شي ما عندهم ستيك بار بلاستيك او خشب اللي تساعد في تمارين الخصر وهي ضروريه في نادي نسائي اكتر من الحديد ** الرجاء من إدارة النادي ايجاد حل سريع ل مشكلة اللوكرات وباقي الملاحظات المذكورة دمتم بخير . The club is beautiful and clean, the services are very great, they are very interested in cleanliness, the equipment is modern, and the facilities are neat. But their problem * Lockers without keys or broken, and I will be lucky if I find a locker with a key (photos are attached) * The second problem is that there are no hand towels, so we use regular wipes that stick to the hands * The Iron Hall, most of them are on the ground floor and the rest are on the second floor, meaning I go up two floors to complete the rest of my exercises * The last thing they don't have is a steak bar, plastic or wood that helps in waist exercises and is more necessary in a sorority than iron ** Please from the club management to find a quick solution to the problem of lockers and the rest of the notes mentioned Wish you all the best .
