★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المدربات هنا هم اللي يفرقوا.. غير احترافيتهم وحبهم للي بيسووه، جدًا مهتمين لكل احتياجات المتدربات واهم شي تمارين مناسبة لكل مستوى حتى اللي عندهم اصابات معينة يساعدوهم يتمرنوا بشكل مناسب عشان يتغلبوا على المشكلة
 The trainers here are the ones who differentiate..not their professionalism and their love for what they do. They are very interested in all the trainees’ needs and the most important thing is exercises suitable for each level, even those who have specific injuries help them train properly to overcome the problem

The trainers are very qualified and take into account the strength and weaknesses of each trainee, plus they are extremely nice and friendly. I would recommend this gym to anyone wanting to enhance their skills and get into CrossFit.

The coaches explain the movements really well.
I would consider the crossfit classes in it are less challenging overall comparing to others crossfit gyms in riyadh.
I put 4 stars because parking is a hassle.
