★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been doing sport for long time, and I haven't done a more intense workout like crossfit. The place is very organized and the equipment is top notch. The staffs are very friendly and helpful, but the best part of the gym are the couches. They are very knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Love this place. Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love the trainers and the overall atmosphere. Well equipped, spacious, clean. BUT no more morning theory classes !! And the evening ones are at 6 and 8 !! Why there is no concern for those who get off work at 4 and wanna be able to train at 5 ! The gym scheduling has been off ever since they opened the two new branches which is totally not fare for those who paid the annual fee to suffer from that ! Also compared with alrahmanya branch its like alrabea is not even of any importance!! All the good trainers are there and they have way more classes than this one offers !!
