★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s not 24 hours anymore , no one has told us+I registered because it’s 24h I have busy day and I would love to workout early morning. And this is not the right thing to do.
I have cancelled my membership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed!! came at 4:00 am to the gym which i only signed in at for the (24/7 open)to find it closed, me and two other girls when the men gyms are open 24/7!!

It’s now crowded all the time, maintenance and cleaning is totally below average.
Freezing membership process is also ridiculous too.
Will be looking for better options now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2. YOU CAN NOT DELETE YOUR CREDIT CARD from their website. If you want to cancel subscription you need to let them know 10 days prior your payment due otherwise you will have to call your bank to stop your card (this is what they told me literally)
2. You paid for 24/7, and they changed this feature without letting their clients know (they could’ve at least send an app notification)
3. Their support team in Whatsapp is the worst. I asked for my subscription invoices and they keep telling me (check your junk mail) even though I told them it’s not there.
Worst customer service ever

They change the time of working hours without prior informing us!!! Before it was 24hours, I choose to be a member because of this reason! Now they change it!!! And they change the price as well and increasing it, it was 99SR per month now i dont know how they take from me 199sr per month and I try to cancel but still they keep take money from my credit card without approval !!!
Reaally i get stuck with this gym ;)!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came after work which was around 12 midnight. There’s wasn’t many people there but the place was clean and organized and the music was good. The only thing I didn’t really like was when I tried to put my stuff in the changing room and lockers, the lady told me it was closed!
It was disappointing because I wanted to keep coming after work to workout and shower but it seems like the place for shower and changing will be closed at that time.
Otherwise everything is okay ✅

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good gym with good prices and equipment, but their main selling point was the opening hours and now they have changed them so it is no longer convenient for all the people who try to avoid the usual afternoon and evening rush. Will no longer be using this gym. Several cars waiting for the gym to open at 6.30 which shows the demand for the gym being 24hrs as originally advertised. It's wrong to advertise your product as one thing to get people to sign up, then change it.

Spinning room
Treadmills and many electronic devices for exercising as well as spaces for stretching and exercising freely
The staff weren’t very sweet to be honest
The gym was a bit crowded at 4pm so you might want to go before that
The fees are reasonable around 190SR per month
