★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a great gym ,professional trainers, clean ,tidy,and so luxury in whole details. I love the kinds of gym machines they are great and you can work on every muscle in your body.
I really respect the way the trainers deal with clients ,they are alert ,patient ,and professional specially Mrs Dalal ,Lama and Hadeel they are so kind and helpful.
I go to Yasmin branch

I hope they restructure their parking area its unorganized & the valet/security insist on making everyone park too close to each other which caused my car to have two dents both sides when members slam their door open/shut
So a restructuring it to prevent that would make this gym perfect
Overall great gym boxing & combat are so much fun and their collection of machines is awesome highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think this is the best female gym in Riyadh especially if you're into group classes.
Pros:
1. Local trainers who are very professional, passionate, kind and friendly.
2. Exciting group classes - Les Mill classes - which get updated with every release.
3. Clean facilities - including the bathrooms - and very beautiful luxurious decoration.
4. Free green apples, dates, and Arabic coffee.
5. Welcoming staff, I like everyone there.

Cons:
the only issue I'm facing here is the pressure and the temperature of the shower water.
