★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst lab in Jeddah. The girls at the reception are so unprofessional and have zero customer service skills. Bad manners when they speak over the phone. Their results are not on time. They never reply in their WhatsApp. Overall, highly not recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish I could give 0 stars. This lab is 100% running a scam. Cheap COVID test but never send results and never uploads results to ministry of health. Worst customer service ever. Never answers phone, very snarky and disrespectful. Avoid using their service like you avoid the plague.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gentle laboratory staff; however, I didn't recive the test result after 24hrs as when it supposed to be. They didn't answer my calls which reflect their poor communication and customer services skills!
