★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل الكول سنتر كان كويس و تعاملهم ممتاز و واضحين. عملت PCR فحص كورونا الساعة ١٠ و طلعت النتيجة الساعة ٢ و سعرهم مرة مناسب مقارنة في اي مكان ثاني ب ٩٠ ريال
 The treatment of the call center was good and their dealings were excellent and clear. I did a PCR test for Corona at 10 and the result came out at 2 and their price is appropriate once compared to anywhere else for 90 riyals

Speed in dealing and in issuing the result, I did it at 3 in the afternoon and I received 8:30 in the evening and the result appears in our trust and my health

وسعر الفحص كان 103.50 ريال شامل الضريبة

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وصلت على المكان أبراج البدرية بوابة العيادات جنب صيدلية الخطوط طلعت على الدور الأول عيادة 19 لعمل فحص كورونا .. بين الدفع وعمل المسحة من الأنف حسب طلبي ..إلى الخروج من العيادة 7 دقايق !والنتيجة ظهرت بعد 8 ساعات وتحدثت حالة توكلنا (مع إنهم كاتبين خلال 24 ساعة ) .. ممتاز سريع وب 90 ريال ..
I arrived at the place, Badriya Towers, the clinic gate, next to the Lines Pharmacy. I went to the first floor, Clinic 19 to do a corona test.. between payment and swab from the nose, according to my request.. to exit from the clinic 7 minutes! Within 24 hours)..Excellent, fast, and 90 riyals..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lab needs to be open Friday. Tests results are time sensitive and waiting an extra day for it does not make sense. It is like having a hospital closing one full day per week. Medical services should always be available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Receptionist doesn't know how to communicate well with patient needs. I specifically asked her for a certain type of test And she just showed me the brochure saying this is what we have. Another doctor was there fortunately to explain better. And I was speaking in arabic not cryptic..
Felt really uncomfortable. In the end my results of my test didn't have what I wanted to test for.
After repeating to them more than once and showing them my older blood test results that included the (Nucleated RBC % ) .
Waste of time and money!
