انا جيت للمختبر وقبل لا اوصل قريت كل التعليقات
وخفت وفي نفس الوقت قلت لازم اروح واجرب بنفسي
بصراحة المختبر في قمة الابداع من جميع النواحي
استقبال الموظفات اكثر من روعة
سحب العيّنات بخفة ولا تسحوا بالإبرة فيها
غير بشاشة وترحيب وتحس انك عميل عندهم من زمان
ناهيكم على المواعيد دقيقين جداً وازيدكم سريعين
المفروض تطلع نتيجتي بعد 48 ساعة
وبحكم خبراتهم ودقتهم اتصلوا عليا خلال 24 ساعة
وكنت مقصر معاهم وما رديت ورجعت اتصلت عليهم ثاني يوم وكان ردهم فيه ترحيب
غير كذا تعامل الاخصائية وحرصها انو يكون كل شيء مفهوم وواضح للعميل هذا شيء مريح ومطمن في نفس الوقت وما تفجعك بالنتايج وهذا المهم جداً
وما انسى كمان خدمة العملاء فالرد متميزين مرا
وانصح الكل يتعامل معاهم وان شاء الله اني عميل دايم
اهم شيء استمروا على هذا الابداع والى الافضل

I came to the lab and before I arrived I read all the comments
I got scared and at the same time I said I have to go and try for myself
Frankly, the laboratory is at the top of creativity in all respects
The reception of the staff is more than wonderful
Gently withdraw the sample and do not swab the needle in it
Change your screen and welcome and feel that you have been a customer for them for a long time
Not to mention the appointments are very accurate and increase you quickly
I should see my results after 48 hours
And due to their experience and accuracy, they called me within 24 hours
I was short with them and I didn't answer and came back I called them the second day and their response was welcome
