★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fantastic stay overall and much better than the other spots closer to the Haram...
Rooms were a decent size as we had a suite which had an extra lounge section, my kids enjoyed this section ... When they came to visit from their STD two bed bedroom which was small and cosy for them.
The room had two TVs and a king size bed which was clean and very comfortable and the pillows were really good.
The bathroom with so tiny compared to the size of the room but it was the cleanest of all the bathrooms we had seen so far. The same size bathroom for a STD room and a suite... interesting...
They have a laundry bag and laundry price chart In your room which breaks down the price per item of clothing that you want washed or ironed etc...when I went to reception to ask how we can use the service they said, we don't have a laundry service in over 2years and he doesn't know how that got into the room...SO NO LAUNDRY SERVICE!
The telephone ☎️...
It's a big telephone with well labelled buttons...
Reception did not answer once the the 4days we were there
No room service answer at all
No restaurant answer at all.
Only housekeeping answered.
The is a Restaurant called the LOTUS, it's very expensive and serves a very average buffet... nothing WOOOW! Lots of sweet savouries and we had a pasta.. here's the thing...it costs 80 Saudi Riyal per person and it says drinks included so I asked for a Pepsi, it cost 8 Saudi Riyal per Pepsi... So 88 Saudi Riyal per head...NOT WORTH IT AT ALL!
There are so many options close enough to the hotel which are much tastier and much cheaper
WRT transportation to the Haram, we were only able to get a bus ONCE, every other time we had to take a taxi which cost about 50 Saudi Riyal per trip.(that's 50 to the Haram and 50 back to the hotel so 100 per day and sometimes more)...when we did take the bus however, it took us to another bus stop and we had to jump onto a different bus which took us down to the Haram..total time to Haram was about 30 mins
Over all clean and neat.
There was a night market called Let's Meet which was fun, friendly colourful and added a special touch to our stay. We met some amazing people.
Definitely our best stay so far in Saudi Arabia

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst overall experience ever. My first and definitely the last visit to this property. I strongly don't recommend anyone to book here. Dirty rooms, no one in housekeeping, reception, or central operator picks up guest calls, inefficient checkin and checkout. My checkout took 40 minutes!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor housekeeping service. My 5th day at this hotel and I've been trying to get them clean my room for the 1st time since my arrival. On the 2nd day I left the clean my room card on the door knob, no one bothered to clean the room or refresh the amenities. 3rd day, I told at the reception to get my room cleaned. When I came back, no one cleaned the room. 4th day, I left the card at the door and asked the receptionist to get my room cleaned. When I came back, I find that only the sheets were tucked in, not even replaced, room and bathroom were not cleaned at all. There was smell in the room. Since I've already paid the full amount in advance, I can't get them to do anything about it. Mr Ibrahim at the reception refused to give me the contact number to their corporate office or the complaint form. And the manager was nowhere to be found. 0 star services for a 5 star hotel

And the manager was nowhere to be found for half an hour. 0 star services for a 5 star hotel. Overall not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ That’s the worse 5 starts hotel I’ve been ever!
I’d not give you even 2 stars.
1. dirty! Garbage on the floor from my check in day
2. Asked 2 days to clean my room and they didn’t!
3. Couldn’t call to reception, no reply
4. Phone in washroom not working
5. Water in shower sometimes too hot and other days too cold
6. No hair dryer
7. We were fasting and I ask to bring water to my room at least before fajr and they didn’t!
8. Very very bad wifi, it’s like you don’t have it at all
9. Staff don’t speak English
10. Female washroom in lobby didn’t work or was super dirty like I couldn’t even enter it because of smell
11. I was asking to clean my room 3 times and they didn’t clean it they just brought towels and toilet paper! Didn’t even make bed and wash the floor, didn’t change garbage bags!
If you have such a huge hotel you have to know how to take care of your costumer service.
It’s 1 out of 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the room & the level of cleaning. Good room service & friendly receptionist. Unfortunately, there weren't covid-19 precautions in different areas, starting from the reception hall. The highest careless was in the restaurant. I was shocked in the breakfast hall. Most of people are entering without face mask wearing, moving around sneezing & touching the baked food without taking them ,,, etc. Furthermore, when passing my notice to the lady who hosted us from the hall entrance, she was careless & simply answered : they are Bedouin they don’t Know!!! What a shame of hosting & excuse

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would rate 5 stars for such lovely new hotel & good Iftar buffet but had two experiences has effected my Rating:
1- Extra bed took 16 hours to arrive since check in. The 0 Reception will burn your time to follow up nobody answer the phone.
2- Air pods been forgotten after managing to reach the hotel after so many attempts. Was low in duty of care from the guest relation. I remember the first call the lady who answered she was urging maybe it’s not in the Room without even checking Lost & Found if they have any or calling Housekeeping. I knew since that phone call it won’t be found. And when I mentioned this experience will effect my rating to the hotel .. she didn’t really care and that was a major issue. Hope the Managements could enhance & rectify such experiences.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed at the hotel for around 2 weeks.
Clean place and hallways smell good. A person would serve arabic coffee and thought that was a nice gesture. Staff were helpful and friendly.
One young boy even helped with a special request at a late hour and it was much appreciated. Food was delicious with big portions and orders were served promptly. Lounge area was comfortable and spacious.
Disadvantages include having 2 beds pushed together to form 1 'king'-sized bed, but it was very uncomfortable. Internet speed can vary from one room to another. No gym for the ladies available. Can sometimes not find any clean towels/slippers/toothbrush etc. ready when entering a new room and you need to request for them.
Also, a fire alarm would go off at such late hours for no reason which would startle me awake. We never knew the reason for them as no evacuation nor explanation was done/recieved.
All in all it's a good hotel, but would not call it a 5-star treatment.
