★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجزت من خلال بوكينج واتاني التاكيد واتضح انه مغلق للحج بعد وصولي للموقع
وتذاكيا من موظف الفندق بعد اتصالي بهم، قام بمراسلتي بتحويل مبلغ الحجز للتاكيد علما انه لايتطلب دفع من بوكينج بل عند الوصول
تحايلهم وهذا الاسلوب يدل عن سوء الاداره
لن احجز به مستقبلا وسوف انصح كل اقاربي واصدقائي بالابتعاد عنه
 I booked through Bucking Watani confirmation and it turned out to be closed for Hajj after I arrived at the site
And the staff of the hotel after I contact them, he wrote to me to transfer the amount of the reservation to confirm that it does not require payment from Bucking but upon arrival
This is a technique that shows poor management
I will not book it in the future and I will advise all my relatives and friends to stay away from it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel has a decent rooms located in South Azizia which far from Haram but strategically located for Mina, i.e. very suitable for Haj. Very clean and tidy, yet the number of elevators are not sufficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst hotel I have ever been to. No towels and even no toilet paper. In the whole week I stayed the room has not been cleaned once!!! The service is miserable and all the people are very rude!! Never ever again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are just 3 escalators for 18 floors and the waiting time for a free escalater is 30 minutes in the peak. The hotel staff is very unfriendly and they are all Shia‘s from Bahrain! The rooms are very small, shower and toilet are together which means, that the whole bathroom and also the room will get very wet after taking ah shower. There is no bathtub! Generaly the service is very weak. They are no room service (no cleaning, no towels, no toiletpaper, no minibar, etc.). Dont recomend this hotel at all!
