S	Sahira Jamshed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alhamdulillah over all it was relatively a good experience but you cant say an extra ordinary one. The language barrier is a hurdle most of the staff doesn't understand English and it becomes difficult for those who aren't Arabic speaking. Plus the room service is v.slow you need to push them again and again else all things are good Alhamdulillah.. Was a good experience overall!

However some of the staff needs training for being courteous, as their body language seems to be rude and arrogant. Front office manager has some great sense how to mitigate the damage caused by the front office staff.

I got a used room it was dirty and unclean i complained to the front desk where they supose to provide me with better option instead he provided me with a smoking area room. The last i went to the room to bring my luggage as i waited for the bill boy to bring me my luggage but in vain. they suppose
a	aneeq alam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service... I stayed at Four points by Sheraton Makkah Al Naseem Hotel for 01 night. They charged me twice for 01 room 01 night. It was done by mistake. Payment was made from my 02 different credit cards. 01 automatically from booking and 2nd on reception. I told the guy at reception and he acknowledged it. He gave me a print out as proof of my double payment and told me that extra payment will be refunded within 7-8 days. But I never got my refund. Since then I have been sending them emails and calling their help line. Everytime the guy on helpline asks about my case details and says that it will be refunded but no action.

I returned to the receptionist, and Unfortunately, I tried to explain to him that the room did not open. He told me to describe with people again in secret and I told him that I am clear secretly before and your mistake, he said, I wish the people who The hotel management was contacted for more than once from the phone of the rooms, and then they called me twice, and it was not resolved. I checked attar for the bad manners of this employee and there is no rehabilitation for me. Unfortunately, I am a customer who was with this hotel and I have the reservation number (3615064). Note that the problem of the card did not open that the room is not my room in the first place wrong, and it is supposed to be a second room, and this is your fault, and moreover, your employee makes a mistake against the customer and the right of the customer is not taken and the calls are registered in the hotel to room number 4198 on the same day.

And in front there is playing area for kids but you have to walk under the bridge. The only problem is the stuff in management you will find helpful persons and you will find unprofessional persons specially in guest service desk and security staff.

Can see many local families enjoying their picnic in the park.? Large estate with super market and many other hotels in the same campus. I cud see Park Inn next to us and Danube Super Market. The magnificent Al Rajhi Mosque is right next to Sheraton, absolutely loved the calm ambience.? Rooms - Are medium sized, neat & clean bathroom, good enough for a small family of 2-3. Food - We had both lunch n dinner ordered from room service. food was very tasty with good portion.. Shuttle Service - Hourly service. It's the best part of the stay. Saves the hassle of parking in Kudai and taking taxi. We can save up on taxi fare as well. Not sure if there is a return bus.. We were too tired after Umrah.. Just took a taxi and returned back. Main issue was with check in.. Our second room was only ready by 8pm. Breakfast is ok.. Can be better.. Matches d price actually. ? Overall good experience and great value for money.

Tried to call the hotel, keep going in the loop and the call been transfer from one staff to the other. Tries to reach the duty MANAGER - was on hold for 10 minutes but still no answer. They even managed to get me to speak to another guest who was calling to request for water!!! Stayed here before but this time... will never stay here again!!!
