★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean room, friendly staffs, good services The only problem in the standerd room is the folded bed it was heavey to move and tooked larg space in the room. otherwise, every thing was very good experiance

Hotel is far away from haram, but provide good services.Huge breakfast menu,continental and Arabic both available.
Restraunt service was quick we ordered burgers and pizza.
Shutlle service is available every hour for haram,lobby And restraunt both pleasant.They provided extra toiletries on my request,sofa cum bed also present in standard room.Washroom not clean and very dark coloured gives unpleasant feeling.

- Nice environment
- Very good ramadan buffet
- Close to some basic amenities like Mosque, Danube
Negative points:
- No early check in was entertained. We reached by 3:20pm and had to wait for one hour. It was tiring.
- During Ramadan, no direct shuttle service as stated in hotel description
- Long waiting queue in shuttle

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved it, just that the shuttle taking people from hotel to Haram drops at another station where we have to get another bus to the Haram
It's not that big of a travel from hotel to Haram and pretty sure it can be managed by hotel shuttle itself.
Apart from that, the room, the service everything was great ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first stay ever in park inn and wish it should be last. I had very bad experience of my hotel stay. Staff totally not cooperative . Reception was not attending the calls from the room. House keeping was always asking permission from the reception even for towels we had to wait for hours. The bell boy was not present upon arrival or on departure . Only the restaurant service Cn be appreciated. Sorry Park inn .,, It was not five stars

Their answers al always different they never give you one answr ! And I'm sure this hotel will be amazing if they don't teach their workers how to do their job properly

Efficient shuttle service to the haram every half an hour.
Very clean and modern finishes.
Suhoor buffet was really delicious. The coupon system is a very good idea.
The staff are all very professional, friendly and helpful.
The musjid alongside the hotel is also very nice and convenient.
Definitely would recommend this hotel and hope to return soon, In Sha Allah.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel architecture is very nice, marble throughout. Location is pretty good, free shuttle bus every hour to and from Al Haram. Nice food shops and supermarket close by, and very nice large mosque next door. The hotel is let down by a lack of services to their guests. They don't really want to help you out with anything. Housekeeping has to be called everyday, if you don't call you don't get. Finally got housekeeping, did ok job but never vacuumed the carpet. We asked to have clothes laundered, filled in the form, called them. They said they would send someone to collect the clothes, they never did.
If this hotel was more attentive to it's guests, it could be great.
