Clean, nice and great staff… However, DQ gates are hustle every time you wanna leave or get back. Sometimes we had to spend a good 15 to 20 minutes just to pass

Unfortunately unfortunately, it is disappointing from the moment you arrive, park your car you can't find a clear way to the lobby. Finally you are at the lobby, you are at the ballroom for an event... Food is cold after they serve it on the table, not that we waited, No, it came in cold. And finally you gotta find the way back to your car, you get lost in the way. It looks like an empty place, no one to help you out. Overall experience is 2 stars, one for the royalty of the name after all Marriott has a history and 2nd star for the minimum service we saw after all there are some people working there and trying their best and one have to appreciative.

Rooms were good. Service was excellent. The hallway sometimes smelled of garbage. DO NOT recommend staying by the pool. The music is ridiculously loud and goes on all night. Extremely discourteous to guests . Rating would be better if not for this

Amazing and wonderful. I felt so at-home. My room was serviced everyday. I felt that all my needs were met. The breakfast is spectacular!!! Do not miss. The coffee bar adjacent to the lobby was also amazing.

I was informed that I can get my reward points once I check out, but havent received full rewards even though tried to contact them numerous times. Find differerent place they dont care about customer service once they leave.

If you are in Riyadh or outside..visiting this hotel is a must and an exciting experience. It's homy feel around you the staff qunintue to welcome you every where every time. Rooms are little small but you can spend full day of experience. Restaurants, Spa, or walking to adjacent Oud Square. Wish you the best

Went there for the cigar lounge, it has a minimum charge of SAR200! They are not in line with the market, I mean the Ritz Carleton doesn’t has one nor Sheraton or Ascot Olaya. If they have their own cigar the charge would be acceptable but they don’t! So the minimum charge doesn’t make sense at all.
