Very bad treatment and less respect for an extraordinary customer. They told me that the doctor was contacted and he arrives after half an hour, and after waiting an hour and a half the doctor did not arrive, and then the branch manager answered. What do you show your work?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst. Hard to believe “since 1927”. Wrong size lens on the frame. Will not take responsibility for it. Sent for fix but came back the same. Definitely going to different place next time. Customer service keeps hanging the phone. My guess too many complaints
