 The worst glasses I deal with are their appointments, a lie in a lie, every grill, they excuse the glasses, it is impossible to get rid 10 days ago, and they give you an appointment 5 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Either the employees do not know what they are doing, or they simply lie. They need to be trained. Yesterday I paid for 2 boxes of contact lenses. He said that they only keep one box in each store and that I can collect tomorrow (today) evening by around 10 pm.
I just came (10:30 pm) and the guy said that I need to wait for the sms to be sent to me. The delivery driver has not brought the lenses yet!
I asked to call the driver and see how long he needs to get here, since I live quite a distance away, he said he doesn't know the driver and cannot get in touch with him...
Imagine!
AlMaha Optical ... Know who you hire, how you train and what policies to implement... That is my advice to you if you wish to retain customers.
