★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For households, the store has quite a good collection of house staff uniforms and cleaners, yet they're always out of stock and the salesmen are pompous. Online store is slow with long shipment delays and no follow up from their end. I placed an order 15 days ago with no response or update till now. They also sell B2B stock of cleaners, towels.. etc. for hospitality business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed linen is good quality but the sizing for a 180 cm mattress is not suitable and you have to turn the duvet cover horizontally to get a good fit. The online store is very slow and they shipped the wrong color

I was recommended by a colleague who knows the owner, I had interaction with the company at an event dedicated to the hospitality industry, I was personally in the show room twice and still didn't get feedback on the custom uniform design I'm looking for. I am not sure wether I would recommend the company to fellow workers.
