The rooms are too small, housekeeping does not exist, too many beds for each room, long waits for the lifts, the catering area is dirty like crazy, the worst of all was washroom, they were the epitome of dirty and dilapidated. Only agents with terrible credibility will choose this, so if your agent is suggesting this hotel then drop the agent and go with someone else. This hotel is a show case of what Saudi's are all about, they just live off the haji's and in return treat them horribly. I can keep going on and on, but won't so you get my drift.
s	salsabila on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arrived at the hotel at 11am but i got a room at 8 pm, if u wanna take the elevator u should queue and be patient, the food is also suitable for Southeast Asian tongues, and the distance from the hotel to al Haram far enough but its okayyy

Not the best hotel but just fine , there were issues with the wifi and and the lift , other than that everything was okay .
