★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible place to stay, the worst of staff in hospitality industry very rude, mannerless and headless jurks. The only plus is that it is little close to Haram about 800mtrs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no issues at this hotel loved the ambience of it, obviously didn't spend much time there as i wasn't there to spend time in a hotel, the only problem.i had was that the lift got stuck once, this was fixed promptly by the staff. Food was provided 3 times a day and it was nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a 1 star hotel close to Haram 5 to 6 mins walking, if your there for Hajj then it's perfect as you won't be spending much time in anyway, however if you want a holiday then I would suggest another hotel.
