★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When i got there it was terrible and they didnt even serve us food and it is placed in a place where you cant even find it i strongly recommend do not come to this hotel when you are doing you pilgrimage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic hotel, phone line was not working in any room ac was so noisy that one cant sleep, bed sheets were worn off, room was very small, smell in fridge, bathroom was also smelly, window was not sealed as the rubber peeled off and when at night and in morning you hear the pressure horns of buses and it will make you very uncomfortable, the hotel is situated in the lane where garbage is dumped and buses also turn here, it is 600 mtrs from haram, i strongly reccomend not to book room in this hotel.

Worst place ever. Room pabx had no wire, f9r any need you need to come down to reception physically. Oh, the worst.

Rooms are available on sharing basis but are very compact.
Food service is good but not delicious.
Laundry service is not free.
No wifi in rooms except at lobby and reception

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hotel room compact and dirty. never cleaned despite requests. getting toilet paper was rare. staff refused saying they'll get sacked if they give too much paper (there was 5 people in our room)!! the cheek!! luckily I had taken some from UK (a lot better quality as well). please please avoid. it will ruin what should be a magical experience in the wonderful Holy City of Makkah.
