★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most awefull and substandard hotel that one can dream about. No cross ventillation, only two lifts, which are tiny and slow. Bathrooms are small, dirty and stinky.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mother and cousin stayed in this cheap hotel during their umraah visit. Very bad facilities, small rooms, dirty bathrooms, walls have cracks and staff was uncooperative and biased. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. It should be banned and government of Saudia should take action against substandard hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A one star hotel, with a cheap restaurant inside it. Rooms are very cramped, but clean. Free toiletries and towels are provided. Washrooms are clean and hot /cold water provided. Wifi is present, but slow. No laundry or tea making facility provides. No help in moving your luggage provided. 15 minute walk from haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A cheap hotel with hardly enough resources to meet pilgrims needs. Rooms are small and insect ridden. But they have a cooperative service and their AC and fridges are in good condition. Would not recommend this hotel for families due to substandard facilities and unhygienic conditions. Tough survivors might stand a chance. I wish you all a pious pilgrimage.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is not good for families. We changed it very next day. Lot of crawling insects in bath, under ther bed and around the fridge that made us sick. Atmosphere smells like an old and inhygiene one.
Only two lifts are operational for 8 floors and both are slow. Staff is not bad but the overall impact is so bad that it covers all.
I would never suggest anybody for this type of hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Bad Experience, we pay for 4 person's room, but they give us 3 person's room, bathroom is also toooooo smal, a healthy person cannot sit easily. Waste of money, not recomended. looter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there was a zero star rating I'd give that. Unfortunately, we got the worst hotel through worst travel agency. H.N travels, secundrabad, Hyderabad, India. The hotel runs out of water, have bad food in mess and elevator stops working
