★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its not good ,room very small , no views , tye crew is not helping , very expense comparing with other facility in hail , first time and last time , i tried to cancel the reservation after i paid and check the rooms ,but they refused .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1- Clean and comfortable hotel, especially in Hail. However, there is no windows in the room for fresh air and sun.
2- Hotel is close to main interest places in Hail city (local market, prince Sultan park).
3- There is decent restaurant in hotel for breakfast, and ongoing construction for coffee shop. This is despite the comment about the egg station cook hygiene (picking the vegetables and cheese in his hands although spoons are available).
4- Free wifi with strong signal cover all hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, nice furnishing, some rooms don't have windows accept at 2 metres high you feel like you had fallen in a jail cell. Clean rooms dirty corridors. No, laundry service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is clean and well organized. The staff is friendly, professional, and very courteous. The hotel is equipped with modern technology. The rooms are spacious and very accommodating. I would definately stay at this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place,new furniture, had a problem with booking the room as they change the types of rooms but after my request they change it (I paid the difference).
Helpful staff, clean rooms , nice view, close to the airport and not far from the city center.
