★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المطعم سيء جداً الفطور بارد الاكل كانه من اليوم السابق والمخبوزات كانه من مخابز الطرقات السريعه وتقدر تقيم بالعين المجرده الناس اللي تعطي تقييمات عاليه خافو الله بانفسكم والله العظيم حرام فيه الريال للدخوليه اتقو الله وبلا كذب
 The restaurant is very bad, the breakfast is cold, the food is as if it is from the previous day, and the baked goods are as if they are from a highway bakery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المطعم طعم الأكل عادي جدا.جدا جدا..ناقص ملح و ما يجيبلك ملح..و الخدمة سيئة جدا جدا جدا مع اعتذاري عن الكلمات...الجرسون بتحسه يمن عليك بالاكل...الصوبة ما رفع الحرارة و متنا من البرد.. يتأخرون بالطلبات...و يجيبون الطلب ناقص . الجرسون اعاد الطلب علينا مرتين و بالاخر جاب الاسيوي و نسي الثاني و يقلك انت ما طلبت ....لكن سبحان الله اول ما تدخل يوقف عراسك يبي باخذ الطلب... المطعم مزعج للاسف حركة الباب السحاب و حركة الصحون و البرد قارص...النودلز لا يمت صلة بالاكل الاسيوي و البيتزا عجينة جاهزة على سعر مبالغ فيه
The restaurant tastes the food very normal. Very very .. a lack of salt and no salt gives you .. and the service is very very very bad with my apologies for the words ... The bell feels right for you to eat ... The greenhouse does not raise the temperature and we die from the cold .. they are late With requests ... and they answer the request minus. The waiter repeated the request to us twice, and at the other end the Asian came and forgot the second and told you what you asked .... But Glory be to God, the first thing that you enter stops your wedding. The noodles have nothing to do with Asian food and pizza is ready-made dough for an inflated price

ولكن مقدم الخدمة وعمال التقديم قامو بتقديم طلبات بالخطاء لنا والتأخر الغير مبرر بأحظار المشروبات الغازية
The food is light and delicious
But the service provider and serving workers made requests by mistake for us and the unjustified delay in bringing soft drinks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جميل ..لكن ......! النظام هنا مختلف جدا عن بقيه الكفيهات بحائل وسبب ذالك أنه يلزمك بالعشاء قبل طلبات القهوه لا اعرف سبب اصرارهم رغم انه الموقع منقسم الي قسمين مطعم في الداخل وكافيه على الجانب والزام الزبائن في كل الموقعين ?
Beautiful ... but ...! The system here is very different from the rest of the cafes in Hail, and the reason for that is that you are obliged to have dinner before coffee requests. I do not know the reason for their insistence, although the site is divided into two parts, a restaurant inside and a cafe on the side, and obliging customers in all the two sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة هذا المطعم والكفي من أفضل المطاعم التي زرتها في حياتي الأكل لذيذ والخدمة رائعة بقيادة مدير المطعم والكفي الأستاذ/ إيهاب والمكان يقع في موقع استراتيجي بأفضل وارقى فندق في مدينة حائل فندق هوليدي فيلا بحي الجامعيين مقابل طريق المدينة المنورة الممتد من طريق الملك عبدالعزيز ومن اكثر المواقع حيوية في مدينة حائل ومن مميزات هذا المطعم مفتوح حتى الساعة الثالثة فجرآ ويتوفر بالموقع مواقف للسيارات والمطعم يكون مزدحم في اغلب الأوقات ويفضل الذهاب اليه مبكرآ بسبب الإقبال الكبير الذي يحظى فيه من أهالي حائل وزوار المنطقة والفضل يعود الى توفيق الله اولآ ثم لجهود الاستاذ / إيهاب مدير المطعم والكفي الذي يستقبل الجميع بالترحيب ويودعهم بالابتسامة وهو سبب لحضوري شخصيآ في هذا المكان كل ليلة لانني أجد الراحة والاكل الشهي والذيذ وكذلك الخدمة الرائعة الذي اصنفها من خدمات ٥ نجوم والاسعار مناسبة للجميع وليست مرتفعة انصح الجميع في زيارة هذا المطعم الفريد من نوعة بالسعودية والشرق الأوسط ????✋️
Frankly, this restaurant is one of the best restaurants I have visited in my life, the food is delicious and the service is wonderful under the leadership of the restaurant manager and the handler Mr. Ihab, and the place is located in a strategic location in the best and most luxurious hotel in the city of Hail. It is vital in the city of Hail and one of the advantages of this restaurant is open until three o'clock in the morning and the site has parking spaces and the restaurant is crowded most of the time and it is preferable to go to it early because of the great turnout that it receives from the people of Hail and visitors to the region and thanks to Tawfiq Allah first and then to the efforts of Professor / Ihab Director The restaurant and the coffin that receives everyone with a welcome and bid them farewell with a smile is a reason for my personal presence in this place every night because I find comfort and delicious and delicious food as well as the wonderful service that I classify as 5-star services and the prices are suitable for everyone and are not high I advise everyone to visit this unique restaurant of its kind in Saudi Arabia and the Middle East ? ???✋️

Staff are friendly and courteous. The Egyptian Manager is also approachable. One of the best thing here, is that they serve free pica pica while waiting for food. This helps us to get rid of boredom and makes our small talks even more interesting. Menu here are consist of Southeast Asian and Arab cuisine. The stir fried seafood noodles, Beef with fried rice to name a few - actually these are our all time favorites here. And place, there are lot's of people here, mostly locals - Because why not? This place is perfect most especially for your late night bonding and chit-chatting.

The Filipino Food event wasn't enjoyable. I don't think that 80SR/Person Buffet was reasonable or fair. We know that the person in charged in preparing the dishes was not Filipino or atleast has a knowledge in preparing our dish! We don't put big chunks of Liver in Kare-Kare! That's the grosses Kare-Kare I've ever had! ???. Next time if you are going to held another Filipino Food event like this - RESEARCH WELL or ATLEAST ASK YOUR FILIPINO STAFF or HAVE THEM TASTED THE DISH BEFORE SERVING IT!?
