★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were dirty, bedding sheets were not cleaned. There are some dirt and food on the floor. There is a toothpick thrown on the floor in addition to the very bad smell like sweat and cigarettes. I had to change up to 5 rooms and they were all dirty, eventually i cancelled.
I strongly do not recommend this hotel and absolutely it’s not worth to be classified as 4 stars. There are other hotels with a 3 stars rating but much cleaner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good points: Comfortable bed, good shower, friendly staff.
Not-so-good points: Fridge, TV did not work, neither did kettle until we moved it to a different power point at the other end of the room. The bath (which was specifically requested) was not connect to an overflow, so it flooded the room when I got in! There were no coffee sachets, 1 tea bag and a million packs of sugar.
Breakfast was satisfactory.
Summary: If you just need a place to crash, fine... otherwise the hotel falls short in many basic ways.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ From the entrance of the hotel it is smelling good and welcoming to the guest. However from the inside of the room is a different story. The room smells cigarette smoke, some broken fixtures like the double lock and bathroom smells terrible. Reception is kind enough to transfer us to another room but just the same the smell is just awful. I have to keep my mask on while sleeping just to get rid of the smell. Anyway, they need to hire professional cleaners or to have a good practice in carrying cleaning choirs to be at par with the standard which this hotel used to enjoy. Just an honest opinion from a customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry but it’s the worst hotel I’ve been, you will smell the tobacco form the next room and the noises in all hotels even if it 3am or whatever so that was my experience. also the employees do not show responsibility and respects!!!! in yours);

Every kind of noise in the passage, next room is clearly herd in the room.
Nuisance was during my noon nap when there was some masonary work going on n when complained they said it will continue for another 30 mins
